Steven enjoys working with the team of over 360 agents in the heart of the Los Angeles South Bay focusing on the Estates of the Palos Verdes Peninsula and the Beach Cities Communities.

Steven is a 40 year resident of the Los Angeles South Bay and has been representing extraordinary homes and Income Property Assets for over 17 years. He has been named “Top 1% Nationally” for the last 12 years in a row and Number 1 Producing Agent in the Keller Williams Los Angeles South Bay: 2006, 2007, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014 2015. His clients include Professional Athletes, Fortune 500 Executives, Celebrities, International Investors, Family and Friends. Always learning, Steven is enrolled in the CCIM Institute. CCIM is commercial real estate’s most influential professional organization, with members closing $200 billion annually in commercial real estate deals. A CCIM is proficient in all facets of the commercial real estate industry, which includes knowledge of ethics and negotiation practices, financial portfolio analysis and asset protection. CCIMs include brokers, attorneys, bankers, leasing professionals and asset managers.

Steven has been married for 25 years and lives in the community with his wife and 2 children.
